“We continue to be very pleased with the support and work that Kate carries out at New Chapter. Over the years our procedures and systems with her have continued to improve and this has supported both school staff as well as Kate herself. I meet her as and when we feel it is required and she is always open and honest about what she is planning, but will also accept suggestions of ways forward etc. Kate makes herself available to all staff should they have queries and her reports are written in a timely manner. She is very much a part of the New Chapter team and we very much hope to have her with us for the foreseeable future.”
