Communication is at the heart of everything we do—it shapes how we learn, grow, and connect with others. I was drawn to the field of Speech and Language Therapy because every client is unique, making each day varied and full of opportunities to learn. Over the course of my career, what I have loved most is seeing the meaningful, lasting changes that therapy can bring to children and young people’s lives. Being part of that journey is incredibly rewarding and motivates me to continually grow as a therapist. I am particularly passionate about ensuring that everyone who needs it has access to support that is empowering and increases their independence

My favourite word is “ripple” because even a small drop can create movement. It reminds me that small actions can create a big difference.
