All therapists receive regular supervision and support from senior therapists. We all enjoy 11 weeks paid annual leave and an extensive annual CPD programme along with lots of other benefits.

Non-UK based Speech & Language Therapists

We welcome applications from therapists from outside the UK. We have an established Tier 2 visa sponsorship programme and we welcome therapists from all over the world who are eligible for full HCPC registration.

Newly Qualified Speech and Language Therapists

We welcome applications from final year student speech and language therapists and newly qualified SaLTs. J1: Level 1, 2 or 3 Speech and Language Therapist - Northampton & Surrounding Areas

Contract type: Full time or part time
Location: Based in our Northampton clinic and schools service.
Essential: RCSLT and HCPC registered; fully qualified Speech & Language Therapist. Experience and passion for supporting children and young people with a broad range of communication needs. Fully licensed car driver with access to a car as this role will require some travel within reasonable distances for outreach appointments and settings.
Gross Salary: £27,198 to £41,337 p/a, dependent on level of experience. This includes 11.5 weeks per year of paid annual leave and other benefits.
Start date: April - October 2024

SA1: Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy Assistant Practitioner (SaLTAP) - High Wycombe & Surrounding Areas

Contract type: part time / full time
Location: Based in our schools service in the High Wycombe area
Essential: Experience and passion for supporting children and young people with a broad range of communication needs. Fully licensed car driver with access to a car as this role will require some travel within reasonable distances for outreach appointments and settings.
Desirable: University bachelor’s degree level qualifications and prior experience working as a SaLTAP. Experience and passion for supporting students with SEMH needs.
Gross Salary: £22,000 to £23,676 p/a, dependent on level of experience. This includes 11.5 weeks per year of paid annual leave and other benefits.
Start date: May - September 2024

Start date: September 2024 - April 2025
