Contract type: Full time / Part time (External temp adoption leave cover - fixed term contract, expected 12 months.)
Location: Based from one of our 7 clinic locations, as well as schools and settings local to the area.
Essential: RCSLT and HCPC registered; fully qualified Speech & Language Therapist. Dysphagia qualification / competency of Level C or above required. Completed Specialist or Specialist Generalist training, provides supervision for all levels, takes students on placement. Leads Dysphagia clinical area of the service, ensuring quality standards and effective service integration. Develops and monitors policies and compliance, oversees training and development, promotes strong MDT working. Holds strategic oversight for the Dysphagia / Complex Needs clinical areas, including sales, service development, and reporting to Directors. Responsible to act as Dysphagia Lead minimum one day per week.
Desirable: Experience and passion for supporting children, young people and adults with a broad range of speech, language and communication needs. Service level management experience working with a variety of dysphagia, complex needs, paediatric and adult caseloads.
Salary: Starting at £43,998 (up to 20% London weighting applied for roles based in central London, 15% for outer London), dependent on level of experience. This includes 11.5 weeks per year of paid annual leave (aligned with school holidays) and other benefits. Please note that a company-wide salary increase of 3.3% will be coming into effect on all salaries on 1st September 2026.
