Speech and Language Therapist

Communication is central to how we connect with others and participate in everyday life. What drew me to Speech and Language Therapy as a career is the diversity of opportunities to support clients of all ages across a range of settings. I am passionate about supporting individuals to find the most effective and meaningful ways to communicate with those around them, whether through speech, language, or alternative forms of communication.

I find Speech and Language Therapy to be particularly rewarding due to the positive impact it can have on a person’s quality of life, including developing social skills, and building meaningful relationships. I am someone who values kindness, collaboration and active listening, and I enjoy working closely with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each client’s goals through therapy approaches that are tailored to their individual needs.

My favourite word is “kindness” because the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference.
Always choose to be kind!
