My name is Laraib Fayyaz, and I am a Speech and language therapy assistant practitioner at Magic Words. Growing up, I always knew I wanted a career where I could help the individuals with speech and language difficulties. Effective communication skills are vital in every profession, but as speech and language therapy assistant, I can use them significantly impact people’s life.

In my free time, I like to do cooking, travelling, book reading and listening music.

My favourite word is ‘’Hope’’, having hope helps us when we are having difficult times. Hope helps us to see that recovery is possible. Maintaining positive mental wellbeing can support us to feel more balanced, manage stress and anxiety and generally make some of the more difficult times we face more bearable.
